Requirements to rent with Premium Renta Car

The requirements that we request to rent any of our vehicles are obligatory and if they do not have it will not be possible to provide the service, these requirements are the following:

  1. Current driver's license (It does not matter which country it is while is current, this is valid for us).
  2. Deposit in guarantee in Cash or Card (The amount varies depending on the vehicle that is required and will be returned at the time of returning the vehicle).

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept various methods or forms of payment, which can be combined to cover the total amount. These methods are the following:

  1. Cash.
  2. Paypal.
  3. Debit Card.
  4. Credit Card.
  5. Bank Deposit.
  6. Electronic Transfer.

Guarantee Deposit

It is an amount that Premium Renta Car asks the client and which varies depending on the vehicle you want to rent; this deposit is under our protection while you have the vehicle, once the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, the deposit is returned to you at that moment, in the case of the cards you are returned a canceled voucher where Premium Renta Car shows that it has completely released the money withheld and which it takes depending on the bank from 24 to 72 working hours, in case this time passes and has not been returned to your account, you can go to the bank presenting the voucher canceled to show that the money has been released.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

  1. Cash.
  2. Paypal.
  3. Debit Card.
  4. Credit Card.

Reservations

When making your reservation in physical offices and through our different channels of dissemination (website, social networks, whatsapp), you rest assured that what your reservation says is the TOTAL TO PAY when you take the car and there will be no charge hidden, tax or extra insurance, reservations enter our system as Requests, which are subject to availability and remain so until they are confirmed by the following forms:

  1. Making partial payment of at least 50% of the value of the rental service.
  2. Making the total payment of the rental service.

Performing any of the two previous methods the reservation changes its status to Confirmed, in this status the vehicle and the color (if applicable) will be blocked for you and that car will be delivered, because we do not handle the system of similar or from other categories.

All reservations with less than 72 hours in advance are subject to availability unless the availability of the vehicle is confirmed and proceed with any of the confirmation methods already mentioned above.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you confirm your reservation by the methods mentioned above and have the need to cancel for any reason you consider, we can proceed with the cancellation and refund according to the following situations:

  1. If your cancellation notice is made at least 8 days before your reservation date, you will proceed to cancel it and TOTAL refund of the amount paid.
  2. If your cancellation notice is made between 7 days and 24 hours before your reservation date, it will proceed with your cancellation and a refund of 50% of the total paid.
  3. In case of making your cancellation notice less than 24 hours in anticipation, this will not proceed and you can not apply any type of refund.
  4. In case of early return the car, you will be charged 60% of the remaining days of your rent.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off outside Playa del Carmen

An extra charge will be applied to the rental service for pick-up and / or drop-off outside of Playa del Carmen, this charge will be applied to the economic vehicles (premium) and other vehicles whose cost per day, valid at the time of booking is equal or less than 120 dollars and whose service is equal to or less than 3 days, this charge will be applied as follows:

  1. Pick-Up or Drop-off Service at Cancun Airport: 20 USD
  2. Pick-Up or Drop-off Service at Riviera Maya: 30 USD
  3. Pick-Up or Drop-off Service at Cancun Hotel Zone: 30 USD
  4. Pick-Up or Drop-off Service at Cancun Downtown: 30 USD
  5. Pick-Up or Drop-off Service at Punta Sam: 40 USD
  6. Pick-Up or Drop-off Service at Tulum: 40 USD
  7. Pick-Up and Drop-off Service at Cancun Airport: 30 USD
  8. Pick-Up and Drop-off Service at Riviera Maya: 50 USD
  9. Pick-Up and Drop-off Service at Cancun Hotel Zone: 40 USD
  10. Pick-Up and Drop-off Service at Cancun Downtown: 40 USD
  11. Pick-Up and Drop-off Service at Punta Sam: 50 USD
  12. Pick-Up and Drop-off Service at Tulum: 50 USD

Pick-Up and Drop-Off in other places not listed in the table above and that meet the conditions for such extra charge may be made but will undergo evaluation to provide the corresponding rate depending on the distance, type of car, days and type of service.

If any situation presented is not stipulated in this document, it will be evaluated by management and a resolution will be given as soon as possible.
